Refund Policy

At Book That Boat, we strive to provide a seamless booking experience and ensure customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

1. No-Quibble Full Refund (More Than 72 Hours Before Departure)

Customers may cancel their booking for a full refund if the cancellation is made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.

2. Partial Refund (Between 72 and 24 Hours Before Departure)

Cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the scheduled departure are eligible for a 50% refund..

3. No Refund (Within 24 Hours of Departure)

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure are non-refundable.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of severe weather, operational issues, or other extraordinary events that prevent the trip from taking place, customers will be offered either a full refund or a free rescheduling, in accordance with our policy.

5. Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.​

Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. No-Show Policy​

Failure to appear for your scheduled booking without prior cancellation will be considered a “no-show.” In such cases, the booking is non-refundable, and the full amount will be forfeited. This policy ensures fairness and allows us to manage our scheduling effectively.
