1. Refunds Based on Boat Owners’ Policies

Refunds for cancellations made after 24 hours of booking are subject to the specific refund policy of the boat owner you selected during your booking. These policies vary between boat owners and are detailed in the terms and conditions of your chosen boat. We encourage customers to carefully review the refund policy of the boat owner before finalizing their booking.

2. No-Quibble Refund Within 24 Hours

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To provide you with peace of mind, we offer a 100% no-quibble refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking, provided the booking date is at least 72 hours away from the cancellation request.

3. Refund Process

  • If you qualify for a refund, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

If unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions, or technical issues with the boat) prevent the trip from taking place, we will work with the boat owner to find an amicable solution, which may include rescheduling or providing a refund based on the boat owner’s policy.
